The lots have all been appraised in the last 3 Months by Property Service Group Southeast, Inc., a private firm recognized and highly regarded by area lending institutions. The appraised value each lot is $125,000 to $160,000. Lots are being sold at deep discounts for a limited time; starting at half of their appraised value!
